Fix Agents

Seeking the best computer repair personnel to join our team. This can be B2B or sub-contractor work.

Must have laptop, broadband internet access, landline and mobile phone.

Essential Functions:

  • Resolve PC support calls onsite and or remotely
  • Perform hardware, software and network troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, testing, installation and upgrades
  • Provide support for the various server, desktop Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Responsible for resolution of incidents relating to IT environments.
  • Perform client evaluations and identify opportunities with recommended technology solutions.
  • Technology consulting and 1-on-1 training.
  • Ability to set your own hours

Experience:

  • 4+ years experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems, MS Office or equivalent office suite, solid understanding of network concepts and environments.
  • 4+ years of hands on experience with PC Desktop, PC laptop hardware, peripherals and software including installation, configuration and maintenance.
  • 4+ years of customer service experience.

Must have one or more of the following certifications to apply:

  • A+ Certification
  • MCDST - Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
  • CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate
  • MCSE Security - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer

Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service sales skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Sub-contractors will be required to take online exam and pass a background check.
