Seeking the best computer repair personnel to join our team. This can be B2B or sub-contractor work.
Must have laptop, broadband internet access, landline and mobile phone.
Essential Functions:
- Resolve PC support calls onsite and or remotely
- Perform hardware, software and network troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, testing, installation and upgrades
- Provide support for the various server, desktop Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Responsible for resolution of incidents relating to IT environments.
- Perform client evaluations and identify opportunities with recommended technology solutions.
- Technology consulting and 1-on-1 training.
- Ability to set your own hours
Experience:
- 4+ years experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems, MS Office or equivalent office suite, solid understanding of network concepts and environments.
- 4+ years of hands on experience with PC Desktop, PC laptop hardware, peripherals and software including installation, configuration and maintenance.
- 4+ years of customer service experience.
Must have one or more of the following certifications to apply:
- A+ Certification
- MCDST - Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
- CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate
- MCSE Security - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service sales skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Sub-contractors will be required to take online exam and pass a background check.
